Fully furnished, double-glazed and gas-central heated, with a side veranda.

Veranda and Patio: – Gated side veranda with seating. Closable and lockable gate so you can keep your little ones and pets safe if you are busy inside. There is a patio area at the rear of the caravan with a seating bench.

Parking: – Parking is available in the bays adjacent to the front of the caravan. Parking on the grass beside the caravan is discouraged due to the risk of damage to the ground.

Internally, we provide a spacious open-plan living/dining area.

Kitchen

The ample-sized kitchen area is furnished with a ¾ fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, 4-ring hob, cooker, and extractor fan.

We provided an extensive inventory of kitchen utensils and pans.

Cutlery and crockery are provided for your use and a few extra bits to help make it homely.

Dining Area

The dining area next to the kitchen has a free-standing table and four chairs.

A hoover for guests’ use is also in this area.

Lounge

The lounge has ample space for your family, and it provides free-standing furniture (including a sofa bed), an electric fire, a flat-screen TV with an integrated DVD Player and Freeview, a floor lamp, and a Coffee table.

Our caravan sleeps 8 guests in total using the sofa bed in the lounge (advance requests are required for the correct amount of bedding to be supplied). The quilts, pillows, and bedding are all supplied at no extra charge.

Twin rooms x 2

Each room contains 2 single beds, a bedside table, overhead lamps, a mirror, overhead storage, and a small wardrobe at the base of one bed.

On request, the twin beds can be put together to create double beds. We can also offer the option to remove one of the twin beds and place a travel cot in its place at no extra cost for our younger guests.

Alternatively, we can provide you with side rails. *Please feel free to ask about layout options we can provide*

Double Bedroom

The double room is located centrally between the 2 twin rooms and contains a double bed, bedside tables with overhead lamps, a mirror, a vanity shelf, overhead storage and a spacious wardrobe at the base of the bed. *Please note that it is not possible to fit a travel cot in the double bedroom or place a bassinet at the side of the bed*

Bathroom

Fully fitted double shower with glass sliding door, toilet, and wash hand basin with overhead mirrored and under-sink cabinets.

*An extra handrail for the shower can be supplied for extra stability if a guest should require it. A collapsible baby/toddler bath to use in the shower tray can also be provided) *

In addition to the main bathroom, the caravan has a separate toilet.

Separate WC: Toilet, wash hand basin and towel ring.
